Based in Orlando, Florida, I have been photographing couples and families for over a decade. I only take a select amount of new families a year because my long-term client base has grown into something so special. I love dedicating my time to the returning couples and families that have truly become friends.
My style is real-authentic, lifestyle and candid moments. My approach is to create magical photos of you and your loved ones. You will let loose and enjoy the session. Play, laugh and just have an amazing time. I want you to leave our session thinking, “that was so fun!” With my style of photography I do a lot of movement and therefore I take a lot of photos. You can expect to receive between 60-100 edited images per hour of photography. I do not give RAW images, only curated edited images that I have chosen. I promise you I will edit all the best images and deliver only the best ones to you!
Full Portrait Session: In-home or on location within 15 mile radius of Orlando. Additional fees apply for beach location. Session includes 30-45 minutes of photography fun. See above for photo delivery details.
Couple Portrait Session: In-home or on location within 15 mile radius of Orlando. Additional fees apply for beach location. Session includes 30-45 minutes of photography fun. See above for photo delivery details.
Upgrade Beach Session: This fee is in addition to either Family or Couple Portrait Session. This includes travel and time for a local Beach Session in New Smyrna, unless otherwise discussed between Client and Photographer.
Event/Corporate Sessions: The first hour is included, any additional hours are an add-on.
Newborn Session: In-home newborn portrait session within the first 2-3 weeks of birth. Up to two hours of session time to allow plenty of time for feedings, changing, cuddles and more! All family members are welcome, even fur-brothers and fur-sisters! ;)
On booking a session with Katie Williams Photography by both parties hereto, the Photographer (Katie Williams) will reserve the time and location agreed upon. For this reason, all retainer fees and payments are non-refundable even if date is changed and/or the event becomes canceled for any reason. Requests made by Client for location are not guaranteed unless otherwise discussed and specified.
Session fees for private sessions are due in full unless otherwise discussed with Photographer (Katie Williams). A non-refundable portion of the entire session fee (50%) will be labeled as deposit. The non-refundable deposit reserves Client's time on Photographer's schedule. The non-refundable amount will only be returned in the event the Photographer is unable to complete the session under terms of Liability Release*. Non-refundable deposits cannot be transferred to another session or event date unless the Photographer decides to do so.
